In our natural resource litigations we deal with real property rights and transfers, resource transfers, easements and investment interests and enforce natural resource development, production, pricing and payment regimes, generally representing owners, producers, and investors. Our founder, Bruce Claugus, grew up on a farm that now produces timber and oil and gas, but also functions as a wildlife sanctuary. The sustainable use of natural resources and preservation of habitat and wildlife occupies the heart of this practice.
